Delivery & Returns

Every piece of Chloe Brooks-Warner Jewellery is handcrafted and often pieces are handmade specially to order. Items stated as being in stock on the website will take 3-4 working days for dispatch and delivery. Items stated as being made to order can take between 1-4 weeks (depending on the item and finish). Please note that every item is handcrafted and therefore there may be very slight differences if purchasing made to order items. If you require something urgently, please do get in touch via info@chloebrookswarner.co.uk to see if this can be arranged. When you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation e-mail, you will receive a further e-mail to confirm dispatch when your order is posted.

UK Delivery

We offer two options for delivery. Both require a signature upon receipt and are usually delivered next day (from the date of dispatch) apart from at very busy periods; however please take note that only Special Delivery is insured.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded – £2.00

Royal Mail Special Delivery – £6.00

International Delivery

We have a flat rate of £12.00 for international delivery through Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service. Delivery times can vary but are estimated at between 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes or custom charges.

In the occurrence of any delay please use the Royal Mail tracking number provided in our dispatch confirmation e-mail. We are unable to refund or replace UK lost items until 20 working days post date of dispatch as per Royal Mail rules regarding lost items, and cannot refund or replace items that have been marked as signed for. Chloe Brooks-Warner Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.

You will receive your jewellery in a box or natural linen bag with gold tissue paper, depending on purchase, in an unmarked protective envelope.

Exchanges and Returns

If you are not totally happy with your Chloe Brooks-Warner Jewellery purchase and would like a refund, you have 14 days to notify us of your wish to return or exchange and the item must be returned to us within a further 14 days of this notification, unused and in its original condition. Please note that unfortunately we can’t offer a refund on earrings for hygiene reasons. Bespoke, adjusted and personalised items are also excluded from this refund policy. You will be refunded the item price and a basic shipping cost regardless of which shipping choice you originally made. You must cover the return shipping to: Chloe Brooks-Warner, Gledswood House, Chagford, TQ13 8JZ. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery service; we do not accept any responsibility if items are lost or damaged in transit. Once we are in receipt of the returned item a decision will be made that it is in its original, unused condition and you will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please email to let us know so that a refund or exchange can be arranged, the cost of return shipping and reissuing will be covered by us once it has been ascertained that the damage is not due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
